\nInitial Consultation:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0F<\/strong>ree\u00a0<\/strong>and usually takes 30 to 90 minutes.<\/p>\n

Basic Visit:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 Basic visits begin at $25 for a 20 min visit.<\/strong> This rate covers up to 2 animals, unless dogs are walked separately. Each additional animal is $2 per visit. \u00a0Catteries and rescues please call for special pricing.\u00a0 As of 1\/1\/24, there may be a $10 service fee added to visits after 6p.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last Minute Visit: \u00a0<\/strong>We realize life is hectic and ever-changing. \u00a0If you need us with less than 24 hours notice, we will try to fit your needs into our schedule with a\u00a0$5<\/strong> premium added to the base visit fee.<\/p>\n

Extended Visit:<\/strong>\u00a0 We come to your house for a full hour visit. \u00a0 \u00a0The hourly rate is $55<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Overnight Visit:<\/strong>\u00a0 We offer overnight services starting at\u00a0$95<\/strong>\u00a0for an 8 hour block of time.<\/p>\n

Holiday Visit:<\/strong>\u00a0 We are available for service 365 days a year.\u00a0 A charge of 1.5 times your base rate per visit will be charged for the following holidays:\u00a0 New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.<\/p>\n

Special Needs:<\/strong> \u00a0We offer a wide range of special needs services. \u00a0Whether it be medication or fluid administration, we can be of assistance. \u00a0Please speak with us regarding your specific situation for pricing details.<\/p>\n

Inclement weather: \u00a0<\/strong>We will do everything in our power to get to your furkids during inclement weather. \u00a0If we cannot, we will contact your emergency contact on record to see if they can perform the visit until we can arrive safely. \u00a0Please understand that due to the nature of weather events, the time of your visits on these days will be dependent on many factors and may not reflect a normal day. \u00a0We will do our best to keep to the normal schedule, especially in the case of timed medications, and will always keep you abreast of any changes.<\/p>\n

Injections and oral medications administered:\u00a0<\/strong>We can do medications for your furkids. The prices start at $1 per medication but may vary depending upon the complexity of the medication routine. \u00a0Please contact us for more details.<\/p>\n

Fluids: \u00a0$10+basic visit rate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pet Supply\/Food Shopping:<\/strong>\u00a0 We realize that unexpected events happen and sometimes we forget to pickup needed items for our furry friends.\u00a0 We can shop for you and your pet for $25<\/strong> per hour.<\/p>\n

Litter box Change out: \u00a0<\/strong>While litter box scooping is included in each visit, if a litter box needs to be completely changed (dumped, cleaned, and refilled), there will be a $5<\/strong> charge per box.<\/p>\n

Emergency Vet Visit:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Emergency Vet Visits are\u00a0$45<\/strong> per hour plus any vet costs associated with the visit.<\/p>\n

Pet Taxi: $40 <\/strong>per hour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plants:<\/strong> \u00a0Our main focus is taking wonderful care of your pets. \u00a0While we don’t mind watering one or two plants, if you have multiple plants that need watered each day, a\u00a0$2\u00a0<\/strong>fee per day plants need watered will be assessed.<\/p>\n

Packages and Mail:<\/strong> \u00a0Bringing in the mail each day is part of our routine. \u00a0We don’t mind bringing in a few packages here and there but if you are expecting a lot of boxes or heavy items, please think of your sitter and throw a little money their way.<\/p>\n

Key Pickup or Drop Off:<\/strong>\u00a0 $10<\/strong> fee will be assessed each time a key needs to be picked up or dropped off.<\/p>\n

Locksmith Fee:<\/strong>\u00a0 Should for any reason we need to have a locksmith’s assistance in getting into your house with the key you provided, a $85<\/strong> fee will be assessed.<\/p>\n

Return Check Fee:<\/strong>\u00a0 If a check is returned, a $45<\/strong>\u00a0fee plus bank fees will be assessed.<\/p>\n

Payments:<\/strong>\u00a0 Payment for all visits is expected no later than the first visit of the booking. Cash is accepted. \u00a0If payment is forgotten, PayPal payments are accepted.<\/p>\n

Refund & Cancellation Policy :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visits:<\/strong>\u00a0(not including holidays) that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to vist will be owed at the regular visit amount.<\/p>\n

Trips or multiple visits:\u00a0<\/strong>If Owner plans to. shorten their trip they must give a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to receive a refund. If Owner cancels their trip entirely a $20.00 fee will apply for all notification less than 21 days prior to scheduled visits.<\/p>\n

Holidays<\/strong>:<\/em> If Owner cancels, 50% of entire booking fee will apply for all notification 72 hours prior to scheduled visits. No refund on Holiday visits cancelled 72 hours or less before scheduled sits are to begin.<\/p>\n
